Stuffing

Recently I’ve started stuffing paper towels or Kleenex into the T-Taped system.

I’m doing this for two reasons. First, I’ve noticed that there seems to be no pressure on the inner skin when I’m pulling with the T-Tape method. That surprised me because I thought that if I was pulling on the point of equilibrium (POE) then the skin would stretch on both sides of the line. What I’ve found, however, is that I can usually stuff pieces of tissue or paper towel into the opening by the glans and then close the top tape while the skin is under some pressure, before pulling. This assures some pressure on both the inside and outside skin.

However, I’ve noticed that it serves other purposes as well:

  1. It prevents stray liquid from making the tape wet, thereby making a single piece of tape last much longer than before.
  2. It gives a controllable thickness to the gripping point of the tape where I clip the metal fastener, which makes for a much more solid hold that can last through the night.
  3. It can be pulled up to prevent the pieces of tape from touching each other, making them much easier to separate when necessary.

These advantages are really worth the nuisance of adding pieces of paper into the hole. I can imagine that some other kind of spacers in there would also be beneficial. I haven’t tried putting anything else besides paper in there yet.

  1. When I make a T tape, I start with the usual method then I add a 1″ wide paper tape to the inside at the fold centerline, after that I’ll put a 1″ wide cloth tape at the very top so that it’s a lot easier for the clip to grab and hold. I’ll use a thin stripe of airplane glue at the center of these tapes, this makes the T tape very strong and it lasts a lot longer. I also cut tubes of cushion foam to insert for pressure on the glans, these are various lengths so that you change the pressure as needed. To get the proper diameter for the foam I simply pinch it off as needed. When taking a shower, I insert a foam then roll a condom down on top of the penis to just below the foam level, this leaves some of the condom rolled up and helps seal the water out. To stop some of the tape from sticking together after its installed on willy, I sprinkle baby powder on the end of the tape and rub it into the sticky areas. I’ll use the powder when installing the condom for showering as well. You can powder the condom when you roll it off after showering and you can then reuse that condom several times. In a pinch you can use super glue instead of airplane glue but use very little and be extremely careful, lol…

    1. Thanks Paul,
That’s a lot of good information which would help take care of many of the weaknesses I have experienced as well. Over the past months I have learned about the value of stuffing something inside, and adding material, like a paper towel between the top part of the tape so that it doesn’t stick together or even get sticky. I still get some weakness in the tape itself, which it seems you deal with by using the 1″ cloth at the top. I’m still trying to imagine the glue part… It seems you’re trying to fix the tape from separating somewhere. I’d be interested to hear how long your tapes last with all of your modifications. Typically, mine will break around the clip or the bottom of the tape will separate from my skin and slowly pull off completely in a very painful manner. I’ll have to try your suggestions! Thanks again!
